Honestly, I’ve found it to be the opposite. Sneaky gobs make farming super easy and fast and with the longer upgrade times, I’ve found myself not needing to attack as much to keep my storages full. I’m loving th9 so far.
If you are thinking to rush th9 base then read this:
I find it easy and the loot penalty ain’t anything to worry about as there is an abundance of dead bases I do all goblin raids ATM, as it is fast and more profitable I got the king to 10 and maxed walls and moved on the king is going to 17 and queen to 15 they have been in a coma since I started TH 9 it’s easy if you do decide to make the jump just message me if you need advice or tips. And I don’t class it as rushing as the heroes is a bottleneck and most players don’t max them at TH 9 due to the time it takes buy good luck whatever your decision mate.
I never rushed to th9. You have to factor in that there’s a loot penalty and you’ll have TH7 level troops. I’m sure there are some here that’ll just tell you to upgrade baby drags and lightning for farming, but you’ll get bored and burned out just doing that one attack. I’m sure many others here have done it, but I prefer to just enjoy every town hall and progress naturally.
I have a mini that’s been th9 for about a month (started during hammer jam) and I have level 21/21 heroes. I don’t even play on that account every day. After the recent cost reduction, the th9 hero grind isn’t what it used to be. It’s way easier.
Summary
The Best Defense is a Good Offense. From time to time, our players create more complicated bases. They are eager to create a stronghold Town Halls for their Wars. As we roam around some War Clans, we collected the most outstanding War Bases.
Some of these Bases are tested through Friendly Challenges and some are through consecutive wars. Of course, these are all Anti 3 Stars Bases. Feel free to grab some and use it in your Clan.
As mentioned in the beginning, if you have a ring base layout you should abandon that – it’s not up to date anymore and easy to beat. Use one of these fresh base layouts; especially the first farming base layout serves me well when farming Dark Elixir.
