2. Builder Hall 9 Base

This base has 2 funnels and builder hall 5 is in middle of the base layouts. Builder Hall is well protected by 2 firecrackers, 2 double cannons and an air bomb.
This makes base super tough to get a star from ground or air attacks.

After upgrading your builder to bh9 first thing you should do is upgrade your gold and elixir storage. Then comes a main building called LAVA Launcher, which is most important in bh 9. Without a lava launcher your base will easily get a 3 star even if you are max.

Builder Hall is very important to protect in night villages, so we have covered it with a Roaster, Lava Launcher, Mega Tesla, crusher, and double cannon. It will be hard to get 2 stars.
With a brand new lava launcher doing ground attacks is tough. Raged Barbarian or pekka get destroyed within a sec.
If you are looking a base without a Lava Launcher then don’t look.
First try to build a Lava Launcher then build everything else. This will be my suggestion.

Lvl14 barbs are a powerhouse even alone. Have a member with lvl14 barbs and an lvl5 BM. One player recks people now and is shocked at how different attacking feels. He thanked me for the advice of maxing out his Barbs before worrying about BM upgrades during this event.
4600 cups – LVL 14 barbs wreck everything, I even 2-star gamers. 60% two stars are considered a mediocre score, and you typically need 75%+ to have a better than even chance of winning.
One player started at about 2800 and hit 3600 in just 24 hours since taking my BH7 base and maxing his barbs out. He is still going and doesn’t have nearly my defence levels and other troop levels yet and the lower BM lvl. But getting triples off and on and having near 8 streak wins is making him enjoy the BH more now.
I am also at 4600+ currently winning at minimum 2/3 of matches I do per day pretty effectively unless I just bung it up a few times or am distracted at work. That will likely slow when not attacking every 8 hours for loot tho.

You have to go long way be patient on this journey
- Upgrade your gold storage to level 8 only I will explain further
- Upgrade your lab and dump all elixir in cannon can only ignore bm for this time
- Then dump all your gold in mega tesla and the last level of mega needs 48 lakh and your both gold storage at level 8 give 42 lakh max so do the last level with the hammer.
- You should upgrade elixir storage to max once mega tesla is done so you can get the maximum amount if you use the rune of builder elixir
- Then dump all your elixir in bm and try to upgrade the clock tower too it’s helpful

A couple of things about OTTO, My cannon carts are level 14, my BM is level 13 and my mega tesla is updating to level 6 right now. How did you get enough loot to do all those things because to me it feels like it will last forever like this? I have all my mines and pumps, Max, so you want to know how many trophies were you when fighting for the daily loot?
I started this mission when I was BH4 and TH9 at that point I didn’t even have the BM nor the canon carts. I rushed to BH 9 as early as possible and maxed all my storages I didn’t upgrade anything except the things that are required for the otto bot to make sure my builder was always available for BM upgrades. you don’t need to worry about the mega tesla it can be maxed easily.
I suggest you max your BM first then focus on the canon carts (that’s what I did ). It took me about 6 months to get the Otto bot and when I got him I maxed TH10 I wasn’t trying to stay at a specific trophy range I was pushing as much as I could. Builder Hall 9 Base design layouts in 2023.
Because where I am with trophies I get like 100K for the first 2 wins and then like 140K or something on the last, but if I need 4mil I need to do a whole lot of fighting that’s why I asked if you were maybe at a much higher trophy count.

Once you have a decent upgrade of builders, you can upgrade your builder hall. Once you reach max builder hall nine, then you will get OTTO.
